my rear headrests are stuck in the up position. its getting old fast so before i tear out the rear seat and package tray to see whats going on maybe someone has had this problem already and can give me some advice...

1 headrests stuck in up position.
2 theres power at the switch / button
3 when i push the switch / button i hear a "click" sound from the back with no movement

have you tried checking the hose connecting the vacuum pump to the headrest?

or try moving the headrest abit, the gears sometimes get stuck.

If you're not afraid to break the motor/gears, smash the headrest down lol

yeah man!

that thing's controlled by a vacuum too.
does your car have the headlight aligning control on the dash beside the parklight and headlight switch. it looks like a volume control only it has up to the number 3 only. that too is controlled by a vacuum from the intake manifold.

till next.
