that guy pissed me off too. his pops bought him the car or whatever and he has a huge ego. let's just hope he changes for the better in the future or we don't hear from him any longer. let's put that post to rest.

oh and those guys in the s forum are a trip. not all of them, but once i went on and they were totally badgering this guy -- another l.a. high schooler for putting spinning rims on his s500 that weren't davins. i was like, wtf? who cares what he puts on his car, it was his decision. they were tellin him ish like, u have the $$ for an S, u should be able to put 12k rims on your car. don't put cheap wannabe rims on there.

I read the post linked to in the first post.

Most people that run down someone's car:

1. Didn't have to work VERY hard to pay for their own car.

2. Are inconsiderate oafs.

3. Have no idea of what it's like "to walk in someone else's shoes."

4. All of the above.

I used to see this childish behaviour at Porsche gatherings. I had a 911 Turbo, and the 911 guys would run down the 914, 924, 944 and 928 owners. Who cares? It's got the badge on it, and those guys like it, so just shut up. I loved it when some guy in his held-together-with-gum 914 would pass some late model 911 Fop on the track.

Don't forget #5: Have poorly equipped genitals.

I don't know how I got 900, I actually didn't even realize I had that many. I talk to the W201 people sometimes too.
