c220 not shifting down to get into traffic
 

Hi, I know i've seen a couple threads about this. Was wondering if somebody can direct where to check first. My car shifts good sometimes it has a little kick into the gear but only sometimes. My big concern is that as soon as car is in its final gear I can be on the highway, road etc and it won't shift down to pick up. Only time its ever kicked down is going up a hill. Should I check vacuum box first? which I don't know where it is located or should or I buy a kickdown switch? I've also heard theres a cable that can be adjusted?
