vacuum pump

Does anyone know where the vacuum pump is located for the headlight adjustment????, it used to work then just stopped, now I have also heard there is just one pump for everything, which is a good thing, because that means it is then working

maybe some one has other ideas why my headlight adjustment does not work????

oh it is not the switch

The pump on US cars is located in the trunk on the starboard side of the car (right if you are sitting facing forward in the car) back behind that side's trunk liner piece.

My guess is that you have a vacuum tube problem if everything else works. Either it has split along the way, become disconnected at either end, or a connector has gone bad.

Thanks for all the help, I found it, I turned on the car and felt around where I thought it might be, and felt the air, you can't see the pipe it must go on, it is right under everything you need to feel then plug it in.

but I'm happy again and thanks again
