I have a 2002 mercedes c320 and I just start having this issue the lower light stays on when car is off I had the car on auto light when its dim out they turn in bright they turn off you know how it works but just today 01/09/16 they lower lights stays on I came out to go some where and my car was dead got a jump everything was fine then notice this happens again any fix or something I'm not turning off
Sorry the light that's in the picture is the fog lights when the car is turn off those lights turn on. Even when auto mode is turned on they turn on when the car is off and the main lights turn off.

I'm not sure about your particular model, but usually all cars with fog lamps have a switch to turn it off. Fog lamps are not supposed to be used all the time anyway.
