After starting the car it idles fine for a while and then starts misfire on 1 and 4 i did change out the fuel pump filter computer coils crank angle sensor fuel rail with injectors fuel pressure regulator and the engine harness but still the same switch the engine off start and for a few its fine then the fault is back

I'd do a quick check of the coil, since I believe 1 and 4 use the same one. The primary windings have a resistance of 0.9 to 1.9 ohms; the secondary 5.2k - 8.5k ohms.

Perform a scan again and clear the codes. Change the coils out and see what you get and scan again.
