Upgrade questions......

I was wondering what stock boost is on the C230K, and what the boost goes to after upgrading the pulley.

Also, does anyone have phone numbers or websites to go to for a pulley kit or a new chip?

Thanks in advance for any help.

P.S.
I was having problems with my car before with the throttle cutting in and out. Been to the dealer twice, they couldn't fix it. I asked for help on this forum, and you guys helped solve my problem. I was told to check the brake sensor, and I found out that when this problem was occuring, that the brake lights would stay on. It seems that the pedal needed adjusted, and we fixed in our own garage. Thanks!

stock boost is i believe 0.5 bar or 7.3 psi., with one of the kleemann ones it goes upto 0.7 bar/ 10.2 psi. but you could prob get a better answer from kleemann on that. buellwinkle might be able to tell you about boost on the asp pulley.

as for websites:

Kleemann
Upsolute Chip
GIAC chip
ASP Pulley
Berg Werks

hope that helps.

I second that thought, you should receive some sort of compensation

I haven't let the dealer know yet. They were supposed to call me 2 1/2 weeks ago to schedule my car back in and I haven't heard from them yet. Kind of just waiting to see how long it is going to take. They say that I need to bring the car back in anyhow on some sort of recall. A label recall, I believe is what they said. Has anyone heard anything about that?

There is a recall for an under the hood label, vacumn line routing or something. Mine was replaced during a service visit.
The neat thing is that the label says its for a SLK 230K or C230K!
