Kleeman Pulley and Springs
An exemption from Vehicle Code section 27156 (VC 27156), California's anti-tampering law, is required before any add-on or modified part can be sold in California. Manufacturers interested in obtaining a VC 27156 exemption for an add-on or a modified part should fill-out and submit an application form and other required information to the ARB for evaluation.
Here's the website for the forms: http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/topforms.htm
BTW: CA singles out individuals randomly for more intense inspection, get caught there and it could be trouble and fine for tampering with your engine. I've been selected on one car once and it passed but it had no mods. It's a 1 hour smog test.

Gab
The car handles great with the Kleeman springs and stock shocks.
It is stiffer with a lot less body roll. You basically loose the last bounce going over a bump that you would get with the stock springs. I would say it is 1/2 to 3/4 lower.
My next mod will be the sway bars which will take out most of the rest of the body roll
So now Kleemann is recommending changing the fuel setting to stage II. What happen to the so called adaptive ECU that he said it will take care of the fuel if needed. It look like me and Buell is doing all the testing for them....lol.
He knows just enough to be dangerous and not enough to be reliable IMO. After all, he didn't know what a stretch bolt was and he claims to know what he's doing!
