Why? Cheaper than coilovers, way too lazy to think that I'd adjust height anyway, prior experience with Eibach springs on my crx
Type of Driver? spirited - hey, I drive in north Jersey, I have to be
Other work Eibach swaybars, matched shocks
Price $810
Type of car 2002 C230
Your overall rating out of 10 pts (1/10 - 10/10) 9/10
Where you got them Tirerack

I'm very happy with them; I'm sure that I'll miss not having dampening adjustability that I would have had with the Teins, but at the price, it's a great package

I would say H&R.. More drop, more smooth and comfortable.. Im using the H&R coilovers at its lowest setting and ride is just great! A little stiffer than stock but not bumpy at all..

No, he said Eibach springs, but also "Other work Eibach swaybars and matching shocks"

So springs, swaybars and shocks for $810. If tommy paid $810 for just springs, I'd be very disappointed

H&R sport, because I wanted a little drop, but maintain ride quality. There ok. I have heard they are a little nicer ride then Ebach, but not sure. I can appreciate the hole rear wheel tuck thing but its not for me. I used the #4 MB pads in the rear to even things out. With this combo and the wheel offset and tire size (General UHP btw) I have no rub and rides nice, handles great. The only thing I'm thinking of is AMG sway bars and AMG struts???
