DIY c230 coupe taillight installation?
Hey,

Im lookin to upgrade my lights to the 05 taillights, and was wondering if anyone has done this DIY? any advice?

the connector pins are different so you have to cut, splice and rewire.

huh re-wire? no way! just unscrew the 5 screw on each side of the tail light, some are hard to reach though. After that unplug the light housing, remove the light, replace ur 05 tail light, that's it

Was one of the first to replace it on my ole 2002 coupe and it's no big deal, just remove and replace.

4 screws on each side!


if you had gotten the tails from steve, it comes with the socket, just plug and play
