Help with stock headlight aiming
So it gets dark earlier now. I drive some tiny, twisty, hilly, New England backroads on the way home from school. The low beams only illuminate 30-40 feet in front of the car. Beyond that it's PITCH black. I run through an intersection because it's on top of a small hill and I didn't know it was an intersection until I was 5 feet from it (no stop sign). This is a huge problem. High beams are great except I don't want to blind oncomming traffic so it's constantly on-off-on-off every 5 seconds.
WTF is going on with my low beams? Are they set too low or is everyone's like this? I've driven ALOT of cars and hardly ever needed the high beams just to see what's right in front of me (I used them mostly while speeding...shhhhh). Is this a complaint for the dealer or should I jump under the hood and try to adjust them up myself? Suggestions on proper aiming?
Does the short cut-off bother anyone else?
I know the Euro cars get a power height adjustment. US gets ripped again?

Another New Englander who also had trouble with the stock headlights. I had the dealer reaim them but still weren't that great. A set of phillips vision plus from autolamps-online did the trick for us.

Can't you adjust the headlights (low beam) from inside the car??, I mean ... I can adjust the headlights from inside the car, its located next to the headlight knob.

man so first we dont get audio 10, then no kool transmission, now we dont get driver seat headlight aimers.
That sux
I have also found that if you adjust the fog lights up more you can adjust the low beams up and get more light infront of the car.

there is a small hole next to each fog light. you will need a long screwdriver. Shine a light in there and you will see what I mean. Turn it and the lights go up or down. PM if you need help.
