I sold the C230 on Friday night and just drove home in a brand new BMW 335i Sedan Manual :)

Wow, what a nice car to drive home on a weekend! You are gonna notice quite a difference and I bet you will be pleased. Take some instruction on the track, and you will be amazed what you can do!

we are losing more and more people to BMW!

I wonder how many of those guys in the BMW forums are coming over to us...haha yet I have never seen a thread along the lines of "hey guys I just traded in my BMW ----- and I picked up this...great to be here..."

HAHAHAHA EXACTLY!

They won't come here...they get free maintenance and service (under warranty)

The ONLY thing that we have over them is a fun hood ornament to look at when driving...and people are even removing those as a mod...this is the demise of Mercedes Benz.

I'll be ordering a 335 convert soon and am trying to decide if I want a manual.

I chose the manual because it's just fun! I'm a bit of a purist and just cant stand automatic transmissions. I tend to start biting my nails. I made that mistake before and regretted it for 2 years following.

I sold it for $23,000. It was for sale for over 8 months!! One day i decided to post it up on myspace and boom an acquaintance of mine was apparently interested. 2 weeks later he now owns the car :rolf:

I got the Sparkling Graphite - (some call it Gunmetal/Charcoal etc) With Black Dakota Leather interior and Brushed Aluminum trim.

How is the shifting in the BMW? Some owners of newer BMWs complain about the CDV value hindering the shifting. I was just curious to get your thoughts.

Well, It's a manual, and shifts a bit smoother than the Newer C230 Manuals. VERY GOOD. ;)

throw some pics on here (if ppl don't mind of course :) ) , any turbo lag?

I'll get on the pix ASAP. Very busy Monday for me, so expect them later in the week.

No lag whatsoever, the sequential Twin-Turbo's help with that in a big way!

I'll tell you though, the thing is a MONSTER!!!! more powerfull than you can ever imagine!
