forgive me for asking stupid question
i have two questions to ask you guys
1. i just bought used 2004 c230 grill from one of the member. and i was gonna paint it all black. my question is, will it fit on my 2007 c280? just wondering place of the bolts might be different.
2. does in dash CD player plays mp3 files back? i tried it and it didnt.

His '06 C350 SS 6MT, Hers '07 C280 S Auto
I have the 06 COMAND (naviagation and full-screen audio controls) and it play's MP3's just fine. If you get the CD-Changer, that will play MP3's also, even with the stock head-unit (I'm 90% sure). You do need to be patient, it takes the little guy up to 120 seconds to scan a full MP3 CD.

2. Nope. From what I understand, the OEM cd changers from '05+ are the only things that can play mp3 files.

maybe i shoulda waited lil longer..
the OEM cd changers from '05+ are the only things that can play mp3 files.
i never thought about trying cd changer since head unit didnt work.
