Well its an in dash double din faceplate for an aftermarket radio. Im going to install 4 12" kicker comps soon. Also the other stuff is the tools to remove the stock radio and the harness to make the aftermarket radio work with my car.

You don't need #1 for removal of OEM HU. Will the rest work with you car? That depends what you are expecting? Steering wheel controls will not work afterwards.

BTW

There have been numerous posts on installing aftermarket HUs, etc. You might look at those for guidance.

I understand there is no need for the tools because you can do it your self with much less effort by ripping all of the trim apart which i do not feel comfortable doing because im not extremely familiar with my car. If i was to get the tools though would they work? Thanks for the input

NO

Please read the threads on factory HU removal; some which even contain pictures. How else will you get to the fasteners that hold the HU in place and are hiding from view and access.
