I have a question. If you set your car to the easy entry and egress feature, does your seat still move back when you want to get out?
The dealership told me that if you have Multicontour seats, the easy exit feature doesnt work for your car and i am starting to get this sinking feeling that that may not be the case.

I agree...I would definitely have it checked out and fixed. Regardless of the multifunction feature, the seat should move back and reset. Sometimes you wonder what the dealer is thinking when they tell you all this BS - you know?

don't know if the seat moves back with the multicontur seat, but it does move back with the regular 8 or 10 way adjustable power seat. But i don't use it anymore, i find it useless, and it will shorten the life of my power seat.

i have a question. doesnt the coupe come with easy entry/exit feature. if so and you have passengers in the rear seat and take remove the key, will the seat move back and smoosh the person sitting behind the driver?
