Whats the difference between the E320's engine and the C320's?

They are the same 3.2L V6 MB engine.... so what is the difference between the configuration so that the E gets 7 more hp than the C?

Maybe the E has more free flow exhaust system, 2 muffler in the E instead of one in the C. Same case with the 240. In Australia C240 is rated 125 kw and E240 is rated 130 kw.:)

I believe that is the case - the E has a little more room for a more free-flowing exhaust
