I browsed around mbspy today and went to the road map link. and it says that in the end of 2003, there will be a c class face lift. Anyone knows what's this about? Thanks.

could be anything like the face lift the e-class (old 300 class went thru) in 93-94 year or like the minor changes for the ML 01-02 and S-class 02-03. i havent seen any pics or heard any specifics. i did see the face lift mentioned though on mbspy.

but it says by the end of 2003 and not the end of 2002. I think the bi xenons are just out right? They should've mentioned the S class facelift too then if it's about the xenon.

This is the standard mid-life kicker that they do on all their models. New wheel design, small changes in trim, maybe a new look for the rocker panels, bumpers, etc.
Before holding your breath for standard xenons [ I wouldn't ], expect the single slot CD player to replace the cassette, and perhaps some small changes to the interior. A new engine choice or two would not be a surprise, either - bump the 2.6 to 2.8 for example?
If you need a model for how this is usually handled, look at the changes to the W202 C from '97-'98, or the W210 E in '00. Nothing drastic, just enough to keep the car from looking unchanged for its full 6-7 year model run.

i would expect the facelift at the end of 04, but definitely not the end of 2003.
the facelift will probably be like what MB did to the 2003 S-class with different taillight, and slightly bigger lower intake design.

good, so I can finally rest. I don't think the coupe will be touched again since it already got a newer engine right? As for the sedans, I think they'll all get newer engines from what I heard.

i could care less with what MB plan in the future, i know i got my car because i love it NOW. i'm just enjoying it while i can.
