This was what I was only able to find. Maybe other members can chime in and help you remove the pillar.

do you by any chance have a pdf or know how I can take off the front seat belt plastic cover off by the shoulders (top where the belts comes out from) I think it’s called a pillars?

Thanks Karo, well I just need to take the plastic covers off in front of the seat belt just by the shoulders area because they are make rattling noise, but this document doesn't really show that

The b pillar covers help hold up the headliner. I think you have to remove the weather seal that seals the door to the chassis. It's rubber and just peels off, no adhesive. Then, you'll see the b pillar is held to the chassis with clips. Take a cloth covered flathead screwdriver and pry the clips back. Two will fly at you, the other two stay put. I found a thread that went over how to do this, I'll try and find it.
