I was looking through ebay and found this, taillight overlays precut to leave the clear.

I did it myself without the overlay. I just used some nite shades spray tint and masked off the clear part of the tailights. I am very happy with my result. Check mine out here:

yeah i have this mod, i bought my overlays on ebay and installed them myself
they sure as hell look aggressive, but i did a horrible job installign them and theres a lot of creases up close. i plan on having them redone professionally

The overlays are moderately easy to install, but there is a learning curve to it. Especially because our lights are both curved and intricate. My first attempt they looked ok, but learned a few new skills on how to install them. The second set was much better (I had help) but was also imperfect, so I took those off too. One more time....
