battery died, computer is all screwy

battery died, computer is all screwy
hey i left my lights on overnight a few days ago and ofcourse my car was dead.
i jumped it with my w126 and i got it going
but... the clock on the dash is all wrong
and the sunroof ( which was completely open when it died) is acting very screwy.
if i want to do tilt mode i have to press the button a few times to get it up, it only goes halfway with open and closure, also in slide mode, the same thing.
i thought i did the reset properly , as i did with the windows
advice please
also, i have service A due, ( 34000 miles) or so
what exactly does that pertain,
my dealer here in ft lauderdale is a rip off, they want like 400 bucks
any advice on where to take it in my area, and what servic a really is

ya, the sunroof will do that after the battery dies, its nothing to worry about.
Keep holding the buttons down and eventually get to the full open and close position. Eventually it will start working (strange memory type setting)

Ft. Lauderdale eh? Service A should be explained in detail in your OWNERS MANUAL 
If you're a DYI kind of guy and want some help from a local, I sure don't mind, and a lot of the guys around here are cool to help. As for a shop to take it to, well if you wanna go that route let me know, and I can try to get you hooked up at a great shop and they'll just want your arm, you can keep the leg
