Cool. When I tried the same on my aged 744 silver, it looked like the dickens.

Lose the front plate if the authorities don’t require it.

gotchya. An even BETTER idea is to cover that up with a CF lip!

Also, your car is black so this should be easy. You can go to any hardware store and look for little nylon plugs. Find the same size drill bit and it's a cheap way to plug up those holes in your bumper.

you might want to post a "WTB" thread in the classifieds section here for a CF Front lip. Euroteckmotorsports http://www.euroteckmotorsports.com/ makes them. You should be able to find a used one for under $300.

What else are you looking for? The aftermarket for these cars is pretty small.

not really much else.. im already regretting getting the 2.5 over the 1.8 cause there is a BIG difference in mpg's so i dont want any performance... as for looks, the front lip, the rear deck lid spoiler and that may be it.. its already got a good stance and the factory kit is plenty aggressive enough for me.
rims later, i dont feel like going out and blowing 5k on wheels and tires at this momet

other than that, pretty much it

not sure about CF spoilers, never cared for spoilers so I didn't look into them. I'm sure other people will chime in.

CF lip would be a good cover up for those scratches.

well going from 17's to 19's are gonna make your ride quality a little worse than stock, but how bad it is going to be depends on a lotta factors, such as road conditions, tires, suspension etc. mpg shouldn't differ by that much, you should search the forums to see different setups and as long as the overall package is close to stock rolling diameter it should be good.

no sorry i have no pics of them on a c. you will notice the difference in ride quality because these are 19s, but it shouldn't be too bad. the mpg will decrease as well because these wheels are staggered, but i dont think it would be shot to hell.

let me know if u are still interested

well rather than start a new thread. im going to use this as my mod/updates thread

so i got the car back from service today, they replaced the whining pulley, adjusted the sun roof that was bouncing back(someone on here was told that thats a safety issue as to why it wont close with one touch... thats wrong, its probably just dirty, mine was cleaned out and works perfect now)

they also replaced the COMMAND unit cause it wouldnt take the CD.. all for the cost of FREE

the one tech there just happend to have laying around a deck lid spoiler off an 07 for 150 which was already painted black.. so thats my new mod... once i get the tape residue off it, and re-apply the 3M, ill post pics

also, could a mod rename this thread to the tune of my mod lists or something liket that?

thanks!

mike
