I have great respect for black on black w203s.

I would prefer the original wheels. As far as style is concerned, I don't think the OEMs can be beat. If I simply wanted to differentiate my car or +size to 18in, I would get OEM wheels from another car. The only way I would get an aftermarket wheel would be if it was saving me ~12 lbs per wheel. I have a feeling yours don't do that.

Welcome dude

Hey BF. Welcome to the forum.Newbie here too for a couple months & I can tell u the info here is more informative than the service manuals, but everyone is pretty cool too. Ur 230 looks just like my 240 except for ur killer wheels! I plan on debadging too but I'm trying to wait til I upgrade my tails to the S class tail lights. Any mod ur wanting info on,just STFF-Search The F_cking Forum. If u get that from anyone, nothing personal. There's threads here on every subject imaginable & alot of the mods u can find step by step DIY & pics from other members. Very cool place to be! Welcome again dude!

Welcome to the forum!

As others have mentioned, lowering springs or preferably coil-overs should be your next mod.

You should also add your location to your profile. That way we may be able to recommend shops in your area.

i want to do all of the following:
i found some DEPO projector headlights on K1 motorsports' website (black housing) that im definitelt getting.
painting the front grille all black.
i need to smoke my side markers
and either find tail lights that will match/compliments my new headlights or just smoke the red.
upgrade to an in board navigation.
get some sort of lip or wing for the back of the car.

and the hardest thing so far...i cant to find a replacemement trunk peice. (where the liscence plate goes) it looks like it can come off and be replaced for a euro style plate. but i cant find one for the life of me. anyone know?

and thats it so far.

KW Variant 2 Coilovers for suspention.

If you get the Depo headlights get the ones that look OEM, and dont be surprised if the light output sucks.

Navigation, you can go OEM or do aftermarket. If you have the bose system it will be a lot more work, but doable.

As for the Euro Trunk lid insert you can email Steve at s_krabbenborg@hotmail.com he can get you almost anything OEM for your car. http://www.mbenznl.nl/

Those look like the oem lights, but the light output isnt that great.

The only aftermarket taillights are the S-class style. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-02...mZ310066892297

You can keep your oem tail lights and tint them. I have both sets tinted.

Welcome. Not a big fan of non-OEM wheels. Mercedes has some killer twin-spoke ones for our cars that you can still get. The 7 spoke 2007 wheels are nice as well. Wheels are a very personal choice, so as long as you love them, that's what matters the most.

All said, nice color and car choice. Keep it clean and complimentary to the car, and you can never go wrong. Welcome aboard!

looks good man, you can upgrade to the LED C tails, if you're looking for something new.
