sorry for the late reply... That piece was a pita to remove. I just kept hitting it with a screwdriver and it eventually came out. I asked here on the forum before i did it also and everyone kept telling me the same thing...

and wheel and tire size for the CLK on LM's please if possible? looks like my setup (kinda)
Yes that is the Vorsteiner spoiler. It looks really nice on the w209.. Stud conversion should be pretty straight forward, although i didnt do mine, had a shop do it for me.

LM's are 19x8.5 and 19x9.5, dont know the offsets though. He is running a spacer on front and rear just dont know the sizing either..

Ive had a cel on since about the beginning of last summer. I forgot what code i was getting, but it was basically saying im running too lean. I had Serge check it and his computer said i had a bad downstream O2 sensor. I never had it changed since i read a thread saying people have been getting the same cel with the Kleeman Header and have changed out the sensor only to get the cel again.

Another thread came along saying you have to get the defouler/spacer from Cory at Kleeman and it should take care of it. Well i contacted Cory, he sent it to me free of charge, took the car down to Steve at Cypress muffler this past Sat. and had it installed. After driving a couple miles, the cel went away on its own and has not come back....

yeah thats usually the norm with headers after install. I know with alot of racer header(s) you'll need a defouler or spacer. You can actually make from oreilys for like 5 bucks. you just need to get to different defoulers, one with the normal size o2 sensor size then a smaller outlet one that connects to the header, so its a stacked. But you getting it free is the best lol..

P0171, System too lean (bank 1)
P0420, catalyst system, efficiency below threshold (bank 1)
P0171, system too lean (bank 1)

Thanks Henry.

My next mod, shouldve been done by now, but unfortunately, it wont be my next mod anymore. Ive been wanting to CF wrap my hood vent. But not my original one a spare one. So i bought one and while en route to my cf person overseas the piece broke. Figured id buy another one, while usps had it, they broke this one too. Probably go for a third, but i have to find another one first, not sure when that will happen. So for now, i will probably do something else, just not sure what...

Ah, I see. Cf wrapping the vent is a good idea. And yes, USPS is the crappiest shipping company I know.

I guess it's hard to decide what mod to do next when your car basically has everything a w203 could want haha

i thought about the cf hood, but probably wont. If i do, i would paint most of it white and just leave a small portion up top cf...
