Double checking with you Guru's of the W203 Board

So..
I've searched the internet and this board, but that doesn't really make me all that sure about my research. (What I've found out is that it will work...) But I would rather get a few licks than buy the wrong thing, so I'd like to get an answer from some of the what I consider smarter members of this forum to re-assure me.

I'm planning on buying an Eisenmann Race Exhaust, used.
It used to be on a 2004 c320, and I own a 2006 C280.

I think you guys know where I'm going with this

But in order to not incur any confusion, the simple question is:
Will it fit my car?

And does anyone have a recommendation that they'd like to give me for a muffler/exhaust shop? All I really need is probably a weld or clamp job, and I'd like to do it at a good shop that's reasonably priced
I'm in the Davis / San Francisco area. Just wondering if anyone had recommendations.

TIA.

Haha, I actually made a thread on this last week too. Because the Eisenmann is an axle-back it will fit, but if it were a catback it wouldn't. The exhaust I picked up was from a C230k and I have a C230 V6. On the bottom of the exhaust it actually says it's interchangeable.

I recently just got mine installed, and it sounds AMAZING. Definitely buy it!

I intend to .

Is deleting the resonator really that much louder?
I don't really wanna' be tagged for:

Front Tints
Front License Plate
Disturbing the Peace

all at once, hahahaha.

If everything works out the way I want.. or close to it I can finally update that intro thread i made like a month or two back with photos. Haha. But it will be updated in about a month when I get the parts in and provided things work out close to how I want them to

Thanks for the re-assurance

I actually watched a bunch of videos on youtube, and I figured that their resonators were all taken out. I intended to do the same, but figured it's easier to take it out later than to try and put it back in, so I just installed the exhaust "as-is".

And boy am I glad I did. It's already loud just by itself, and I can't imagine how loud it would be with no resonator.

It sounds beastly bro, here's a quick vid I made after I got it installed..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGMk7TpEUeM

The vid doesn't do it justice, but trust me bro it sounds amazing right out of the box.

as dblock2151 stated, I figured if it was an axle back it would fit. Go GET IT!
You got your 280 tinted? I got mine tinted bout 3 weeks ago! I like it a lot better tinted. Updated your thread and post some pics! I'll start my thread soon when I slap on the wheels w/o lowering it.

lol, i told you jimmy that all the exhausts are interchangeable, as long as it's not a coupe. same goes with suspension parts, except it's swappable with coupes/sedans/w209 CLKs.

and don't get a resonator. i've been there done that, and it's a lot better with a resonator. it's still going to be loud as fark though! you can search Kevblah on youtube; me and him both had Eisenmanns without resonators, and i think he still has it without one.

Haha.
Alright.
I still don't know if I'll do it with or without reson.
Maybe I'll ask them to put it on first, and see how loud it is, and if I'm itching for more... i'll give that reson. del. a shot.
I will of course try and get vids of each and post it up for you guys

It hasn't been tinted yet.
Planning on it this spring break!
It's soooo close, yet sooo far... I'm procrastinating from studying again X_X;;
Only 2 more days
I don't know if I'll ever drop my car =/
The roads suck enough already with the few pot holes, badly angled parking lots, and just inconveniences to go low
But who knows. Some money to juggle after a summer job, and I might consider some powdercoated sl63's

Just to make sure Tommy! I don't wanna' mess up, because I was afraid to ask another question

I'm a little unclear of what you're saying.
Should I delete or not delete?
I'm kinda' assuming you're saying *with[b]out[/] a resonator* delete, right?
But once again, asking makes it all that much clearer.

Thanks for the input.
I asked a few of my friends and they said Golden Auto Muffler, which would be closer to me is pretty good too. Gotta' do more research.

Thanks for all the input so far.
What I've gathered is that:
- It'll fit.
- I'll probably get them to clamp it on and see if it's a good enough sound already.
-If not, reson. del. !

Hahahahahaha. Passengers.

I'm probably going to drive super slow with passengers anyways.
And when I drive fast I'm usually going somewhere with things to do, so I'll have to deal =P
Thanks for the recommend though, I'll see what's closer to me when I get the muffy.

Tommy's vids are still up O.o
I still see that quad vid of sex.
