Put brighter lights on fog lights and low beam?

Put brighter lights on fog lights and low beam?
My main headlights i believe are xenons. how do i make my lower beams and fogs the same light color? do i just buy better bulbs? or do i have to convert them to hid's?here is the pic of the car and the lights i want to change

Try Hoen Xenonmatch bulbs. I don't have any pictures (maybe some other guys do), but they work well in matching up all the lights. At least in terms of color.

This is my car, I dont have Bi Xs but i just put HIDs for my lows and fogs. For my city lights i have LEDs.
