But while looking at it normally (from above) you wouldn't notice any gap with the big tips.
But when you're looking level at the tips you'll notice a slight gap of about <1 inch, since you'd need the exhaust to clear the bumper by at least a few mm's to avoid melting the bumper right off, haha.
The bumper's really only made of some kinda' hard plastic... and after touching the exhaust after a tiny... spirited run... it was pretty hot. Hot enough to melt plastic at least =P
It's really easy to trim. Just use a marker and cut away~
You'll need to trim off about ~1inch each way, a little less if you want the gap to be less noticeable at all angles possible. But my car's black too, so it's not noticeable much regardless.
wish I could show you, but I don't have a good camera at the moment that would really show you how it's cut out. sorry

**You can take a look at my sig picture to see if you like or not. I took the picture after it was welded, and it's essentially like that now.
My crazy buddy did, but I see why people don't. The freeway on ramp maybe going around 30 MPH with 20" LM5 and Nitto tires I punched it the back gives out and ESP kicks in but you really lose control the feel the back wobble. But i'm sure the 65 won't do this right?
reason that not a lot of ppl are doing this it's because they didn't buy the S600/65 to be a race car. These ppl are generally balling enough to have a real sports car.
