So what do we think?.............
So I've seen more people talking about Intercoolers and Turbos recently....and I thought I had it down.
But I was bored in skool and went on ebay where I found.........
Intercooler
and
Turbo
Now I thought that a larger IC would lead to a LOSS of power on a M217 and that it was a b*tch to make our cars turbo'd. But, his seems to discredit what I thought
I'm not gonna buy either of them.....but I just wanna know what YOU GUYS think

So this Ebay seller bought a turbo kit engineered by people with the same qualifications as Miss Mahoney's third grade class. After he installed it, he found out why there are no turbo kits at Pep Boys. They don't work.
Now he is selling it.
The reason add on IC don't work is that the increased friction of passing the air through all that plumbing negates any increase from a cooler air charge. All that friction makes the engine breath harder, stealing more horsepower.
Chipping your car will give a greater power gain for far less money. (Chipped cars also break more too.)
