Missing parts in the C-Coupe!!!!
...A 1.8 L is an around 1800 cc engine. The 2.3 will be around 2300 cc's and the 2.6 L V-6 ion a C240 would be 2600 cc's. This is there displacement, which last i knew wa sif you strip the block of all components and then drop it in water it displaces so many cc's and that is the number. You also have to account for Bore and Stroke and Compression ratio to figure out the rest, but that is the gist of it...
The displacement is the swept volume of the cylinders, as in the volume the pistons displace as they travel through their stroke. Quite simple to figure out, it's (pi )* (bore^2)/4 * (stroke )* (number of cylinders).
Compression ratio has nothing to do with calculating displacement.
