Try looking in the thread "AFTERMARKET & OEM MODIFICATIONS / DIY - FAQ's" towards the top of this forum. You'll find a link to the suspension thread there. Many pages of reading. Have fun!

hey benzo, i have them on my wagon and like them. they are defintely firm and handle well. All in all, a good set-up. Tein also makes coilovers for the sedans/coupes. KW as well. There are also a bunch of options on lowering springs/shocks-struts. Do check out the suspension thread.

Cool...! Did you notice a drastic change from the stock comfort ride? yeah i heard about the Tein street setup too but i thought maybe H&R would suit better since its Euro??

Well, i had the non-sport suspension, and went from the stock 16"wheels to 18's when i lowered it and it is definitely a firmer ride compared to the stock set-up. hitting a bump is definitely stiffer than stock. Ride is so subjective. I personaly prefer a firmer ride, so it is good with me. I have always liked H&R products, but Tein defintely have good products. I think you are right in that a lot of people associae them with Japanese mfg tuning but many on here are running TEIN. Whatever you choose, good luck on it.
