Look what I found + How dumb I was
What I found:
A cheapo($48.99) HID kit from eBay works just fine on W203.
I ordered it for my other car, but tried it on W203 first.
No error & No flickering at all...highly recommend!!!
How dumb I was:
I was so excited that this cheapo kit worked...so I left it on for about a minute, and the cover capsules melted.
S*h*i*t...I did not expect the bulbs to heat up that fast.
The melting plastic sticked on my brand new bulbs & I was pissed!!!

DDM Tuning FTL. I used to be on that FTW boat, 55w HID from them worked fine for a year and change. Till they had a meltdown and I reverted back to halogen. I had previously thought that the HID beam pattern was pretty damn good, but now that I'm back to halogens like the lens was designed for - the pattern is much, much better. The light just isn't as intense.
