How Heavy are my stock wheels?
Hey guys, tried doing some research but couldn't find out this info
whats the weight on the stock C7 wheels? size 17x7.5

but anyone know the stock weight for the C7? want to know so that when i start looking at rims i know what the weight is that i want to be under, no sense buying heavier aftermarket wheels
and Mu9en, did u have to do anything extra with those volks to get them to fit?

I dno... Most a/m wheels are heavier than stock. Well unless you're rocking TE-37 or progressive Volks... Or managed to find gramlights w/ 5x112.
Anyway, you prob should just weigh one of your wheels off the car for the baseline. That way, you get tire weight too.

If I get a chance I will weigh one in a little while. I've got one with no tire mounted. 
If my wife's scales are to be trusted -- I got 23.8 lbs twice. So I would guess pretty close to that. By holding it, I would have guessed about 25 lbs, so what the scales said seems about right. That is for a bare rim, with no tire, no center cap.
