What is the evolution sports package by the way?

Hi there I just bought a 2002 C230 Coupe (Evolution). No pics just yet.
Anyhow it's my first Mercedes and I love how it drives.
I want to do a few upgrades to it. I want to drop it a little, put some nice wheels on it (some factory AMG ones maybe), install HID's, a nicer grill, and maybe a pulley. Oh and a lip kit as well.
I also wouldn't mind a carbon fiber hood. Anybody know where I can buy one? Also, can somebody show me a link to a good site with coupe upgrades?

Coupe love abounds here. Mods, take it slow and learn, learn, learn.
In short, ASP pulley, or better, Kleeman V2 if you can find it, K&N filter (100k miles don't lie so suck it K&N haters), Suspension and audio.
Post some pics and live in Coupe infamy.

Emrliquidlife is right, take it slow, but these guys are addictive. Be careful and learn your car, use top quality parts and you will continue to love it.
It sounds like you already have a plan for what you want to do. Everything you mention has been done by someone on here, with variations abounding. They are a wealth of knowledge!

Has anyone gotten a coupe c/f hood? I think there might have been a one-off, but nothing mass-produced. The sedan hood won't fit, btw (and remember that for other future purposes - often, the sedan and coupe have different applications).

For the wheels, factory AMG are very expensive, so keep an eye on the classified section and try to pick some used c32/55 wheels
You dont have a lot of choice for the grill, there is the mattig grill (we did a group buy a while back) and im not sure if you can still find one !
MANY replica brabus kits are for sale in the classified section, and they cost 350$ new on nextmod.com, however seach the forum for fitment & quality issues...
finally, a CF hood would be insane, but it might cost half your coupe price... i suggest you finish wheels/suspensions/audio/lights/kit;... first !

I have a 6spd and it's black. I have the Evolution Sports package, but I dont know if I have the Bose stereo system? The 6cd changer has stopped working, so I plan to get an indash dvd/navi setup. How do I know if I have a Bose stereo system? It sounds decent.
Also, where can I get a Renntech rear spoiler and nicer tail lights (Euro spec or 2005)?
I am actually getting the car cut polished on Tuesday, so I will take pics then (before and after).

Just looking at pictures I have found (and VINs and playing with the EPC), it also appears that a good number of the early production Sport packages did not get the different door sills.
A very nicely optioned Coupe it sounds like. Can't wait to see.

Renntech rear spoiler is not sold on ebay anymore, authentic out of production, only site left is formymercedes.com
Euro spec tail lights: ebay.de your only choice
