Anyone know off the top of their head how easy is it to change out the gear shift knob for a C-240 2002?

1. Carefully pull up chrome bezel that goes between shifter boot and console.

2. Pull up boot and turn nylon locking nut that secures bottom of knob to shaft.

3. Pull knob straight up...not easy, some slight rocking and twisting will help.
