19's and speedometer

i just recently purchased 19's and when im on the freeway i feel like im going 80 but im really going 70 so i was wondering if the rim thru off the speedometer.. my tires are 235

235/??-19? If your overall diameter is 25"you should be fine.

you're speedometer should only be off a mph or 2 at the most...
