No washer fluid or wiper push in combination switch problem
Hey there I'm having the same issue with my combination switch I have my wipers working but when I use my push in I have no water and windshield wiper movement. I put a brand new pump in and checked the relays by switching them with each other and everything is still the same. So I'm wondering if you ever had this problem resolved please let me know

Hi Guys , Thanks for all the info above. It's helped rule out quite a few issues. So I have the same issue with Wipers, horn & SRS not working & Cig socket & Aftermarket Radio goes off when i plug a charger in. Tested all relays including 15R and all work. Tested Combination stalk with Carly and it works. However what i found was that I get Positive & no Negative in relays L & Q (wiper relays) & I have plenty of CAN error codes. I assume I'll probably have the same on Horn relay as well.
Has anyone had this issue ??

Sounds like your front SAM may be damaged. Have you disconnected your battery before? The battery must be reconnected positive first then negative on these cars or the SAM can cook.
Another thing to check - I assume your wiper stalk (combination switch) works properly. The older design (no idea when they switched but MY2003 has it) has wires that fray when rubbed against the steering column sleeve. The wires control the wipers and washer pump. The sleeve needs to be modified to prevent this problem (I made a post in a thread somewhere around here).
The horn would have its own circuit and fuse. If the fuse is good, this once again leads me to think you front SAM is bad.
As for the cigarette lighter, that circuit has a 15A fuse. Whoever installed your aftermarket radio tapped into that circuit for some reason instead of the one already dedicated to the radio.
