Speed Volume Setting - Other DAS settings
I tried to search this morning, but couldn't find where the setting is in the DAS.
I just had Service A done, and it went alright, forgot to mention I wanted new wiper blades... oh well... but the service technician gave me the same talk that a lot of you got that "it can't be done", or "MB doesn't let us reprogram the cars", or "MB would never give out information like that"... and in 30 secs with the instructions here I had the NO PHONE message gone... and then we went through the DAS and noticed all kinds of menus... and now I'm wondering what else can be done.
One menu had "AUDIO" - PRESENT/NOT PRESENT, which was set to NOT PRESENT, changed to PRESENT but didn't notice a difference.
Went under SOUND (first menu) and found the volume settings was already set to +0dB, but that isn't correct, I can here the volume increase and decrease, so where is the appropriate setting?
The one I saw was "Mirror setting" and wondered in the convience of having the mirror tilt down while in reverse is actually shipped in each car, but just disabled... any comments?

One of the MB techs out there should have access to the menu list for DAS. How 'bout it? Can anybody post the menu and options for DAS? (Please?)

If you do then it is the Audio Pilot of the BOSE and that cannot be set by the dealer in the DAS. I read that some people even tried to disable the Microphone with mixed results.
