MY LOANER
So MB finally figured out what was wrong with my ride, from all the error's of "Battery alternator", to ESP not working. I am finally getting a new alternator and battery. The only thing not covered under my warranty is the battery. My damage $207.00. PEACE OF MIND - Priceless.
So i just wanted to share what i got for a loaner. I'm actually starting to like it. My wife loves it so much she wishes it was hers (she drove it the whole weekend). LOL. Been driving it for a couple of days now. Miss my W203 a lot though.
Here you go.

Ye bro! They usually give me a C300, but so far the GLK is awesome. Not for me though, but man it drives really well. Only negative comment i have is the trunk space. I think it's pretty small for an SUV, but the rest i like!

"annoyance" and "self-righteousness", amoung others...
Q5 ! Never have seen that before.
and Phister... (psst... Matt was being an *** about the car looking ridiculous...albeit a light-hearted ***)
He's made it well known time and time again his thoughts on ANY modification to this car... any car.
While he does consider his opinion infallible, its best just to think to yourself the jaded adage "different strokes for diff folks"
Love ya Matty :p

Yes i have an appointment already at the body shop March 8. I delayed it because i wanted my bumper repainted as well since there is a minor dent on the driver side, so i'm just doing it one time with the strips installed. The friend of Ward who owns a body shop was pretty far from me, converse area, so i just made an appointment close to my place. Can you PM me your add. I'll ship the clears as soon as i'm done. i'll send you a PM.

Cool, I sent you a PM with my address. Good idea to get it all done at once, probably saved you a couple of bucks. I was reading back through your thread and decided I needed the LED parking lights you have. Mine look way too yellow

I had to google it to see if this was for real! it looks like a super duper ugly body kit on a WRX. Horsepower can make up for a lot of ugly, but not THAT much! And you'd have to pay stupid amounts of money for them to make your car that ugly... Something ain't stirring the Kool-Aid Ace.

[QUOTE=Karo;4534702]Hector's car is definitely top 10 sexiest w203. From what I heard the GLK shares the same platform as the w204. I really like the GLK.
RennTech GLK anyone?
Karo im so far behind..not top ten yet..rollnn is way ahead of the whole board. have a hard time catching up with some folks here even sblegacy, phister and yours!
man that GLK is something else..too extreme for me..but for my experience with the GLK loaner. i liked it a lot bro. not for me though but i would own one in a heartbeat. drives really well, acceleration and power is up there for a small SUV. just small trunk space but nonetheless, one of the best SUV's i;ve driven, a lot better than the x3 in my opinion.

C350 Coupe (CL203)
LOL ... funny to see the loaner they gave you is capable of semi-off road ... jusst right for SA roads !
Dropped and stiffened is not an easy thing to live with in SA judging by the roads i've seen there, far too easy to loose front lips as well heading off the street into parking lots etc.
Nice to see the transformation through from day one in one thread
