Congratulations to splinter!
I am assuming that everyone here has benefited from the amazing technical and DIY posts from our esteemed member, splinter. Well, as of today, splinter's dedication and contribution to MBWorld has culminated in an invite to become the newest Super Moderator for these forums. Thankfully, he has accepted the responsibility and will be lurking, uhh..., looking to promote civil and informative discourse. I'm sure he will continue to contribute from his wealth of automotive and Mercedes knowledge.
Please give splinter a hearty "congratulations" when you think to do so.
Also, please remember to help him (and the rest of the Mod crew) by being on your best behavior and reporting those who can't seem to.

congrats to splinter...it is a well deserved promotion. I always saw him as someone that can properly mediate well between arguing forum members and a person that respects another persons a opinion even when it is in disagreement with his own.
