Are those winter/snow tires mounted? I hope that is not a surprise to you. I'd take those off and get some good summer tires installed. Keep those for next winter. Don't let them go too long on the warm dry roads. I'm assuming your not somewhere above the arctic circle.

Just realized that they were winter tires today. Which is why i'm going to push ahead with the ADV.1's and get some summer tires installed as well. But I appreciate you mentioning that because to be honest I hadn't even thought about it yet.

what kind of summer tires are you thinking of getting? i'd recommend either michelin ps2's or continental contisportcontact. they both have excellent grip. the michelin's will last you longer though.

I appreciate the recommendations. I just started looking tonight. Gonna have to see what kind of width's i'm going to run on the ADV.1's (19's) and see what we can work from on the tire sizing.

I'll certainly look into the PS2's (i've heard good things about them) and the Continentals.

Just got her back from the mechanic again - got the transmission mount replaced (god rid of this annoying rattling that I had been experiencing - finally the MB feels as refined and quiet as I wanted!) and I had the tranny flushed and replaced with Royal Purple 75w90.

Such a difference!!! Should only get better as I put a few more miles on it and everything starts to smoothen out even more! Best money i've spent on the car thus far!

glad everything is working out for ya. now you just need to put on some good summer performance tires and you'll be surprised how well these cars handle for what they are
