PPD3195

Okay, I've got this sound coming from (I think) the front of the dash near the windshield on the driver side...it's been hard to isolate it. It only happens when the vehicle is moving, slow or fast doesn't seem to change the sound at all. It sounds like a someone just barely blowing into a whistle. I've turned the AC on and off, the vents on and off, up and down...no difference.

I also get a fairly standard sounding vibration from the dash area on rough surface roads. I can't get it to stop by pushing on anything so far so haven't been able to isolate that either.

Could they be related? Should I just get in there and pull the dash out and start 3M'ing everything?

Any ideas?
