Alignment with H&R Cupkit

Hey guys!

I just Bought a H&R suspension cupkit from tirerack for my C320 coupe. My dealer will install it + my Eibach Sway bars this thursday.

The dealer asked me a tough question which I didn't know the answer to. Here it is: How do we align the car after the cupkit is on, since the mercedes system can only work with Pre-determine settings for each model.?

How do you do the alignment for a coupe when u have a suspension cupkit installed on it? (at a mercedes dealer of course, if it is possible.)

Anyone know?

Btw. i'm sorry for the poor english use

just take it to an alignment shop, not the dealer... i'm surprised your dealer is actually doing the lowering for you... on top of that, aren't they charging you a lot of money?

hmm..... don't take it to the dealer... they are going to rape you! just find any suspension shop w/a good aligment machine. they can do the job and do an aligment for you.

my estimate of doing the job should be less than 500 bux including the aligment.

$400 the most if you don't ask the dealer to install them for you, but they might be able to do the cleanest installation (specially around the rear shock mount area, meaning that they won't tear off anything just to get to it like some our shops).
