Since I have had my Coupe here a list of whats happened:

1. Had the car 2-3 weeks and got EPC error the car cut's out, it was gone for 2 weeks and had a new fuel system fited.

2.Apon picking up the car mercedes had scratched the door insert which they had repaired.

3. Had a stone hit the screen and cracked it, had that replaced

4. Had the windows tintied and they broke the speaker grill, which they fixed.

5. Had the rattle on the front sounding like a bag of spanners under the car, when picked it up guess what another scratch in the trim and this time chips in the paint work, they have order a new trim and are looking to re-spray the side of the car.

6. On the way to work a BMW hit the wing mirrow and has broken the indercator glass.


Ay idea's if jsut th glass can be replaced or if iit's a hole new casing, cheers

Can you get your service done at another dealer, and be sure to send a letter to MBUSA telling them how fscked-up that place is?

Were you racing the BMW or something? How could you two get that close? Or in the parking lot, maybe?

I have written to mercedes UK but no reply as of yet

The BMW went up the kirb to go past me and 3 other to get ahead of the traffic Man

How unfortunate for you but it seems that only two of those listed were actually caused by MB, unless they tinted the windows and were driving when both the rock hit and the BMW hit. Which I would assume you were driving in both cases and that someone else did the window tinting. And the first one of course is the car problem not caused by MB mechanics but the factory or bad parts. So as for the quality of the technicians I would say find another dealer, the other problems of course are just crap that happens in life. whoever did the tinting of course should pay for the damage as well as the dealership pay for the damage they caused. Good luck and be carefull out there, it seems danger is following you for now.

as for the car got the mirror last night and fitted so i'm happier again now just waiting for mercedes to sort out the scratch they caused.
