c200 cdi w203
w203 limp mode and srs light reset
I have an W203 c200 cdi it is in limp mode, so only revs to 3000 rpm, also the srs light is on, no airbags have gone off 2003 model manual transmission, anyone know how to reset these. I have a code reader, it says coolant level low, it is fine, also says glow plug pre heat not working, it starts first time every time though, any ideas? Andy

Out Of Control!!
If the SRS warning has been on a while, it's probably the wire harness. I believe you need STAR to reset the warning.
The coolant level sensor is probably bad, and needs to be replaced.
The diesel stuff, I have no idea.

Yeah you need star or one of the good computers to reset the SRS light.
The coolant level as tommy said is probably the sensor it is a cheap part so a good place to start.
Sadly most of our members on here are from the USA/Canada and don't have much experience with the Diesel engines but if you get a computer to reset the SRS you should be able to figure out the glow plug and why the car is in limp mode.
