Alright So I Have A 2006 Mercedes Benz C280 3.0 V6 Or 272.7, It Just Hit 77K. I Was Driving To Work Early In The Morning And Out Of No Where Car Started Driving Rough And The Check Engine Light Came On. Now I Pull Up The Code It Was P0019 And The Random Misfires, I Believe It The Exhaust Cam On The Driver Side, Because It Also Said Bank 2 Sensor B. So I Changed The Magnet And Nothing!! Can It Be The Positioning Sensor? I Need Help!!

Check the cam timing.

You know about the balance shaft gear issue right?
If not search on M272 Balance shaft.

Check your spark plugs. I had I misfire and it turned out to be one of my spark plugs.

@C230 Sport Coup, Yeah I Saw That, The M272 Camshaft Balancer That's Like 4 Grand Job At The MB Dealership -.- Now How Does That Go Bad I Dont Get It.. @Phister That's My Next Guess Ima Change The Spark Plugs And The Coils Packs Ima Swap Them From One Side To The Other.. Hopefully That Works I'll Keep You's Updated!

You'll know if its the spark plug because it'll be all black and the gap on the plug will be bent down.
