how the hell do you use ebay?>!?!??!
i bought some stuff on ebay but i cant seem to use paypal correctly...
it says i have to punch in a four digit # that verifies the transaction the # is supposed to be on my visa bill...
so do i have to wait to get my bill before i get my four didgit verification #?
please help

I think they mean the 4 digit verification number after you credit card number that's printed on the back of you card if it hasn't worn off. I think it's 4 numbers for Amex and 3 for Visa/MC.

No. When you add a credit card in Paypal, they will charge you USD1.95 to your card, and on your next credit card statement, there is a 4 digit confirmation number where you have to that number to complete the whole process. In other words, yes, you have to wait till your credit card statement and get that 4 digit number. After you finished registering, they'll credit you back the USD1.95 to your PayPal acct.
