And from a little further away:

Now to tint the rear lower tail lights and finish the CLK grill.
Still waiting over a month for the Renntech rear spoiler

Looks good, and I'm sure you like the performance. Now you just gotta paint your rear calipers silver and get some cross drilled rotors in back :0)

Exactly - I am looking for cross drilled rear C32 rotors. So far I have been told Brembo makes them? I have the rear calipers ready for painting, need to get the same silver AMG type paint.
I have REMSA semimetallic rear pads ready to go.

I am thinking of getting the rear rotors cryogenically treated if it isn't too much. Supposedly will make them last far longer, for the rear perhaps 60-80K?

I don't have the benefit of visiting ben and the boys to get it done there - how much did it cost to do the install? with 4 lines that is?

I want a basis to go to my dealer with if possible.

$85 per hour. I did not have them install the rear ss lines. I will do that when I get the rear cross drilled rotors and install the rear C32 calipers. Don't let them charge over 1.5 hours for the front. Evosport does it right, road testing and braking in the new pads. This is something I have done myself for 35 years

At Evosport they have the paint that matches up pretty good. I had mine painted there along w/the rear rotors.

Wait till you have a real good need for a panic style brake! Holy Batman the car stops on a dime and gives 9 cents change.

Worth every bit of the cost.

I only did the ss lines in the front, feel of the pedal is better than stock. Can't wait to get the rear ss lines installed, other cars I have had make you never want the stock feel again.

Can anyone confirm if the Stoptech rear lines will work on the C230 stock rear calipers? I have no plans to upgrade to different rear calipers at this time, but will do the lines if they do indeed work on stock calipers. I checked the Stoptech site and could not determine.

Incidentally, I have previous experience with Stoptech and their products and service are great. In fact, I have an unrelated order going in today, too.

Finally, did anyone ever get tracking or shipping info from Evosport? I've gotten neither and no responses to emails...

Their Gbuy on the brakes ended a while back. I think they are "slanging" the brakes now for 599. They fit all W203's.

Dummy me, I was looking for the rear ss brake lines this weekend, thought they were in with the old stock calipers. darn, they were installed on the back with the stock rear C230 brakes.

So YES the Stoptech ss lines will work with the stock rear calipers. No wonder the pedal feels so good and the car stops so well. Happy Camper
