Yet, Another problem

So today i went to get my brake fluid changed. They shop did it and bleed the system. When i drove it out the shop the " ESP visit workshop" AND " BAS visit workshop" came up. I took it back and it went away. Then I drove it again just now and both came back on. WTH is happening

It probably will go away eventually for good. I believe that you're supposed to turn your wheel 5 times lock to lock to clear, if memory serves.

But give it a little time to go away before panicking. Then panic.

Instead of creating a new problem thread, thought i'd ask here.
The air system broke. Hot cold defrost, nothing. the lights come on for defrost, ac off, auto. But nothing's blowing. also in the engine there isn't a sense of sucking of air for the system. its like the controls do nothing. no reaction. thoughts?

Check to see if your cabin HVAC fan is turning or not --

* Open the hood of the car
* Remove the cabin air filter, on passenger side (US model) over the battery. There are three clips on the top, undo them and the filter assembly lifts up and out.
* You should be able to see the top of the cabin fan through the air filter mounting hole.

Try turning it with your finger a bit to see if it's jammed.

Do a search cabin fan, heater fan, cricket sounds, etc. There are one or two threads that talk about this. I don't remember a video. Basically:

1) remove cover panel under glove compartment ... 2 torx screws and then jiggle panel down in front and towards the rear of the car until it comes out.

2) you will see above the cover, the fan with 5 torx screws holding it in. The power wire is held by clips in a couple of places, and the jack unplugs. Remove screws and plug and you can remove the motor. You can actually remove the screws and motor and leave it plugged in, and test it out while leaving it lying on the passenger floor.

Before you do this, if your fan spins freely, check the fusebox first to make sure a fuse just isn't blown. I don't know which fuse it is though -- I've attached the fuse diagrams for reference though.

Now its the locking mechanism. probably the lock actuator, replaced it in two other doors already now its the driver front. I saw on Youtube some guy put a tooth pick in the with the lock pin and it cause enough friction to stop this stupid problem. It worked! I wonder how long it will stay. Anyway does anyone have a DIY?
