Please id leak

I have a 2003 sport coupe with V6 and auto tranny. There is a small stain that recently appeared in my parking place underneath the passenger footwell. Over the past week it has grown a bit. It does not feel greasy, but will not wash off with water.
I can't feel any wet or oily spots on the underside of the car.
The stain only appears on my parking place at home where there is a very slight downhill grade ( front lower than rear, right lower than left ), not at work where my parking place is perfectly level. ( And no, nobody else uses my parking place at home, nor has there been a spill in the passenger compartment )

Anybody know what might be causing this?

Not sure what it could be, but if it were me, I'd crawl under the car with a flashlight and see if I can trace the leak. It could just be condensation, or run-off from the coolant or widow wash. The fact that you say it's "staining" the parking spot would lead me to believe that it's some kind of fluid leak (maybe even tranny?).

A better look at the underside reveals that a minor tilt would not make a difference; there is no way that fluid could run there from somewhere else. So my best guess is that it is dripping from the radiator overflow reservoir.
I'm assuming that the concrete floor where I park during the day will not absorb antifreeze but the blacktop where I park at night will. That is the only explaination I've got right now.

take it to the dealer under warranty hopefully and bring them a sample as well. don't want to get into an accident because of a leak that could be fixed.

When you get home at night, put a tub or bowl of sorts under your car where the leak is coming from to catch whatever fluid it is running out. Take that to the dealer and tell them to fix the problem.
