Service Survey
. Is there something I have to fill in order to get the survey letter? Thanks
When he call me about the car is ready before noon, he said he has a surprise gift in my trunk. I thought he might just give me a hat, pen or blanket...Well, here is my gift ....
I brought the gift home and my wife thought it must some cheapy watch...well, for $200, this is a nice watch and she loves it!

you'll eventually get the survey if your service advisor is asking you to bring it to them for free stuff. it usually means that it should arrive to you in a week or two.
I ended up with a detail, PHONE and AUDIO removed, as well as a take-home gift worth around $200...

I wonder what do they get if they get great marks on survey? From what I ready before, dealer gets a bonus check from MBUSA for new car sale survey...somewhere between $2-3K for dealer and sales. Maybe service department also get this kind of bonus incentives.
I forgot to bring in my New Car Sales Suvery to dealer so I missing one gift from my Sales. Damn, it might worth another $200.
Can't wait to get my next survey so I can get another $200 gift.
And I already know what I'm going to get. hee hee
ps. I purchase and service at Auto Stigelar @ Encino. PM me for Service Advisor.

It sounds like about 99% of the "service surveys" are filled out by the dealers themselves. Not only is it unethical, it explains a lot. Way to go guys
Sheesh, and people wonder why the service departments in certain dealers suck so badly....
