Luckily, I left when I was 6 months old, and did not suffer the same fate. 
Just remember that it was the man from SA (that would be South Africa, not South America, btw) who started this acronym issue, not me. Thankfully, I decided not to apply to the Wit for grad school (though 1992-94 would have been an exciting time to be there), so I can claim no South African roots of any duration.

ROW is used in Daimler financial reports rather than RoW, the former being a symbol rather than an abbreviation. They refer to US, Canada, and Mexico for reporting purposes as NAFTA.
